1. Promoter & Definitions

“Keystone,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Keystone Experiences, a trading name of Keystone Group Partners Ltd (company no. 16554037), registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Onslow House, 60-62 High Street, Cranleigh, Surrey GU6 8AE, United Kingdom. The promoter of all draws operated by Keystone is Mark James Desmond, director. “Member” refers to any individual who has registered and paid the membership fee. “Draw” refers to any prize competition operated by Keystone. “Entries” refers to the chances to win allocated to a member's account.

2. Eligibility

Membership and entry is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. One account per person. We verify age at registration via date of birth entry and reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age before releasing a prize. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of entries and prizes. Employees of Keystone Group Partners Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of a draw are ineligible to enter.

3. Legal Classification — Prize Competition, Not a Lottery

Keystone draws are prize competitions within the meaning of Section 14 of the Gambling Act 2005, not lotteries. Participation in every draw — whether via paid entry or the free postal route — requires the entrant to correctly answer a skill-based question relating to the subject matter of the draw. Only entries with a correct answer to the skill question are included in the prize draw. The skill question is set at a level of difficulty intended to eliminate a significant proportion of entrants who would not reasonably be expected to know or deduce the answer, consistent with Gambling Commission guidance on skill-based prize competitions. Because a skill element is required, no operating licence is required under the Gambling Act 2005.

4. How to Enter (Paid Route)

Members enter draws by accumulating entries through their membership subscription, by purchasing additional entry packages, or by using referral codes. Each entry represents one chance in the draw, subject to the entrant answering the skill question correctly (Section 3). Each entry route and each top-up purchase includes or requires submission of the skill-question answer. Each individual entry is separately validated.

4a. Free Entry Route

In accordance with UK law, a free entry route is available for every Keystone draw on identical terms. Free entries are allocated the same odds and chance of winning as paid entries. To enter for free, applicants may either (a) submit the free postal entry form available at keystoneexperiences.co.uk/free-entry, complete the skill question, and post it to the registered office address in Section 1, or (b) send a handwritten postcard or letter with full name, address, email address, date of birth, the name of the draw, and the answer to the skill question to the same address. One free entry per person per draw. Entries must be received by 5pm on the postal deadline published on the relevant draw page.

5. Entry Fees and Payment

Founding membership costs £50 (one-time joining fee) plus £10 per month. The joining fee includes 10 entries into the current draw and the first month's subscription. Subsequent monthly payments of £10 each include 10 entries. Additional entry packages are available: 10 entries for £15 (founding member rate) or £30 (standard rate). All payments are processed via our payment provider and are in GBP.

6. Spending Limits

In accordance with the DCMS Code of Practice for Online Prize Competitions, credit card spending is capped at £250 per calendar month per member. This cap is per player, not per card. Members may set a personal monthly spending limit lower than the statutory cap. Debit card spending is not subject to the £250 cap.

7. Draw Mechanism

Draws are conducted using certified random number generation (RNG). All draws are live-streamed for full transparency. An independent scrutineer supervises flagship draws. A complete audit trail is maintained for every draw including: timestamp, total entries, entry identifiers, RNG output, and winner identification.

8. Prizes

Prize details, including approximate value, are published on each draw page before the draw opens. Prizes are provided as described — no cash alternatives unless explicitly stated. Prize delivery timelines are published with each draw. Keystone reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

9. Winner Notification

Winners are notified by email and telephone within 48 hours of the draw. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes may be re-drawn or donated to charity at Keystone's discretion.

10. Prize Delivery

Experience prizes are booked and arranged by Keystone. Winners will receive full itinerary details at least 14 days before the experience date. Travel to the starting point of the experience is the winner's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

11. Publication of Results

Draw results are published on our website within 24 hours of the draw. Winner's first name, county, and winning entry number are published. Full anonymity is available on request by contacting us before the draw.

12. Complaints Procedure

Complaints should be submitted via our complaints page or by email. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 days. If unsatisfied with the outcome, members may escalate to the relevant consumer protection body. See our Complaints Policy for full details.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

Take a Break: Members may suspend their account for 6 or 12 months. During suspension, no charges are taken and entries are frozen. Account Closure: Members may permanently close their account at any time. Accumulated entries are forfeited upon closure. A data export is provided within 30 days of closure.

14. Responsible Play

Keystone is committed to responsible play. We provide spending tracking tools, self-imposed limits, cooling-off periods, and links to support organisations. See our Responsible Play Policy for full details.

15. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how we collect, use, and protect your data.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, design, and branding, is the property of Keystone Group Partners Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

17. Liability Limitations

Keystone provides experiences as described but cannot guarantee specific weather, venue, or third-party service conditions. Our total liability is limited to the value of the membership fees paid. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

18. Cooling-Off Period

New members have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of joining. During this period, members may cancel for a full refund of the £50 joining fee. After 14 days, the joining fee is non-refundable. Monthly subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

19. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Members will be notified of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued membership after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

20. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
