Self-Exclusion Options

Permanent Account Closure

Close your account permanently. All accumulated entries are forfeited. A full data export is provided within 30 days. This action cannot be reversed.

  • Entering competitions to try to recover previous spending
  • Borrowing money to fund entries

Our Monitoring

Keystone monitors spending patterns for signs of harm. If we identify concerning behaviour, we may:

  • Send an intervention message with links to support
  • Restrict additional entry purchases temporarily
  • Contact you directly to offer assistance
  • Suspend an account if we believe a member is at risk of harm
