How We Store It

Data is stored on secure servers within the UK/EEA. Payment data is handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). We retain member data for 6 years after account closure for regulatory compliance. Draw audit trails are retained permanently.

  • Prize fulfilment partners — name and contact details for prize delivery only
